Your vehicle's computer calculates speed based on the diameter of the stock tires. If you've installed taller or shorter tires, or changed the rear gear ratio, the computer doesn't know how fast your vehicle is going. As a result, your automatic transmission won't shift correctly and the speedometer readings won't be accurate (as required by law). Hypertech's Speedometer Calibrator allows you to re-program the computer for correct speedometer and odometer readings for tires up to 54 inches. It also corrects part-throttle shifting and serves as an OBD-II code reader, so you can quickly diagnose "check engine" warnings. Use the software CD and USB cable (included) to access updates online. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
